Much of the curriculum at Fearless Focus is perfectly suited for Girl Scouts of all ages and we can customize the field trip to fit your troop’s specific needs. If your troop is too large to organize a road trip, we’ll come to you! And we promise the price won’t drain your Girl Scout Fund.*

We’ve worked with groups both big and small, from near and far, and can provide one of our exclusive programs or work with the needs of your group to create a fun experience, empowering and uniquely memorable!

Important: For parents dropping off, please instruct them to look for Maria Wood Studios Empowerment Programs signage at 15 Columbia Road, Pembroke.
- Studio available for 1.5 – 2 hours depending on the size of the troop.
- Fieldtrip topics can be customized to your troop’s needs
- Fearless Focus Girl Scout badges to be distributed to each participant.
- Please bring in your group’s snacks to be distributed at the start of the field trip.
- Maximum number of Girl Scouts: 30
- Price is $20.00 per Girl Scout for a minimum of 10 members. If your troop is smaller, higher rates per member may apply.
- A $100.00 advanced non-refundable deposit is required upon signature of this agreement. Please mail the deposit and agreement to 15 Columbia Rd, Suite 15 Pembroke, MA 02359.
- Notice of cancellation must be made within 48 hours before the event, a $25.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations. However, Fearless Focus reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to weather or emergency, no fee will be charged.

Fearless Focus has partnered with The Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts to create two experiences specifically designed to address important issues facing our young women today.
“Confident in Your Own Skin”:
- The program will be based upon Fearless Focus Program’s curriculum for the First Impressions & Social Confidence and Skincare classes
- In our discussion of First impressions and Social Confidence, the conversation will cover the importance of eye contact and positive body language when meeting people and making friends, how to stand up for themselves against rude or mean behavior from others, and confidence-building techniques that can be used in the real world.
- Each participant will learn the importance of self-care and how it directly relates to their self-confidence. They will also learn how to care for their unique skin type while treating their face to the ultimate spa treatments including facial saunas and clay masks complete with cooling cucumber eye covers, rose water toner, and soothing facial lotion. All participants, no matter their age, will benefit greatly from the reminders and tips about good grooming, healthy habits, etc.
- Participants will practice good posture and a powerful presence on our Fearless Focus Runway! We have found our runway to be a transformative tool in helping students learn how to own the space they’re in. They will learn to walk with pride, good posture,a nd poise the good old-fashioned way by balancing a book on their head. The more they practice, the more confident they feel!
- We will provide each participant with a Fearless Focus Empowerment patch after the program to signify their participation.
“Polished, Put-Together and Proud”:
In this followup to “Confident in Your Own Skin,” our premier program designed exclusively for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, girls learn how outer beauty and inner beauty are related. We explore how our choices in things like dress, personal hygiene, makeup, and how we hold ourselves can influence how others receive us. And of course, while styles vary with individual taste, we discuss that it is ultimately how you treat others that help to define your inner character.Each participant will learn:
- How to dress appropriately for a variety of occasions
- Skin care practices for individual skin types
- Personal hygiene and grooming advice
- The older group of girls will also learn if and when makeup is appropriate, and how to use it sparingly to subtly enhance their beauty.
- In the discussion of “Polished, Put-Together and Proud” the conversation will cover the importance of outward appearance in making a positive first impression, how to dress for success in any situation, and how to avoid common wardrobe pitfalls. The girls will also discuss the importance of good personal hygiene for their well-being as well as their self-esteem.
- The older group of girls will explore first impressions in a school or job interview setting and what factors they should consider regarding making a memorable and positive impact
Overall this program is designed to make girls feel confident and prepared for any situation and to look the part as well.
NEW! Powerhouse Program:
The Powerhouse Program is a confidence-building program for children and teens with the end goal that no child will feel powerless in any situation. The focus of this program is to give the participants the tools to build themselves up and be their own source of empowerment…to be a Powerhouse: a person of great energy, strength, and power.
Program Topics Include:
How to access your personal power, how to change negative thinking to positive, important role-playing scenarios to help participants practice using their voices, how to navigate socially with confidence, and attaining and maintaining a powerful presence.
